Refund Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 48-hour refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 

Please email support@twigsandtweedles.com with your refund claim.

How To Send a Refund Request?

  • To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
  • Send an e-mail to support@twigsandtweedles.com with the following information above along with an e-mail title with the format of: Refund Request - *Order Number* and your message with the photographic proof.
  • We will only honor refund requests if they were sent within 48 hours from the time and date that the item was received.
  • An item is marked as received based on the logistics tracking information and not by a verbal or written statement of the purchaser.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can’t be refunded. We also do not offer refunds on bases such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or any other personal reason. 

What Do We Consider Faulty or Damaged?

  1. If ceramics, glasses and other similar materials are shattered into pieces.
  2. If fabrics have a hole of more than 5 inches in diameter.
  3. If the image/s in the fabric received do not match the image/s on the site RELATIVELY.
  4. If the item/s received is not the item/s ordered.

Note: Other reasons not included in the list above will not be honored as faulty or damaged. Several types of goods are exempt from a refund request. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable and non-returnable items: 

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items
  4. Book with obvious signs of use
  5. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Refund Processing

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within three (3) working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within sixty (60) days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then e-mail inbox again.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the same value of the amount you paid to return the product and the price of the product. Once the item you’ve returned is received by us, we will send a gift certificate by e-mail to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift sender, and they will find out about your return.

How To Send a Return Request?

Most of our items are eligible for our 4-week return policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 

  • To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four weeks (4) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks (4) after the estimated delivery date. Please refer to the What Do We Consider Faulty or Damaged clause for the validation of claims.
  • If you submitted the wrong address, you must file the return claim and pay the reshipment cost within four weeks (4) first before we resend your item.
  • Send an e-mail to support@twigsandtweedles.com with the following information above along with an e-mail title with the format of: Return Request - *Order Number* and your message with the photographic proof.
  • We will only honor return requests if they were sent within four weeks (4) from the time and date that the item was received.
  • An item is marked as received based on the logistics tracking information and not by a verbal or written statement of the purchaser.

Return Processing

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return claim within three (3) working days. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will get a replacement after we receive the item back from you.
