Shipping and Delivery

All orders over $99.00 that are being shipped within the continental US (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. Please allow a couple days for handling and processing for all orders except the flashcards that needs 4-5 days of handling and processing. One shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post office. Also, please take note of fortuitous events that is beyond our control.

Our goal is to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, the following may be able to help you in an instant.

• Check your shipping confirmation email if there are mistakes in the delivery address
• Call your local post office and ask if they have your package
• Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them
